The first day out with the Sigma 30mm

Lack of Traffic

October 1st, the first day out with the Sigma 30 mm f/1.4. Also the day my Wacom Bamboo tablet arrived. First off, the lens itself is pretty great. A fast f/1.4 aperture. The copy I got does not seem to front or back focus, or have any other problems. I’ve been using it mostly if not always at f/1.4. The tablet is also great. Better than I expected. If I had saved up for another 4-5 weeks, I could have gotten the new ones with the touch feature as well, but didn’t bother with it. It seems useful, but not worth another $50. Hmm what else. Oh, Nicole came over to watch me unbox, install, and use the tablet (for some reason. What a creep :o).

That’s about it.
